Breezy Summer Separates in Aerie

This summer, I'm indulging in a few current obsessions, which include off-the-shoulder tops, hologram everything, beachy Brazilian tunes, and zucchini fries--seriously, if you haven't tried zucchini fries, you need to get to a PDQ stat! Though I usually avoid anything super trendy, I do have a soft spot for off-the-shoulder tops this season. They're romantic with an effortless appeal, perfect for staying cool in the summer. I had to pack one for my annual trip to Palm Island last month as it's my new vacation staple. Since I adore co-ords as well, I instantly fell in love with this set from Aerie, my go-to for summer fashion.

I stuck to a black and white color scheme when packing for my trip, making it easy to mix and match pieces for reuse. Modern and minimalist sandals like these from Target keep with the beach theme. As no look of mine is complete without a pair of sunglasses, I chose my favorite nude matte Ray-Ban wayfarers that I got for a steal at Nordstrom Rack. They're my go-to shades as of late as they match with everything.
